Questions
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes — monthly self-serve plans have no commitment. Cancel in-app at any time: there are no further charges, you're only ever billed for the month you already paid for, and full service continues until that month ends. Annual plans are prepaid at a 20% discount and run to the end of the year; you can switch off renewal anytime.
- Does my email route through OwnSig?
- No. Signatures are deployed using the native Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace APIs (Outlook add-in or Exchange transport rules, and Gmail sendAs settings). Your mail flow is untouched.
- Will recipients trust the images and links?
- Yes — that's a core design goal. Images are hosted at stable, immutable HTTPS URLs on our edge service (the pattern Gmail's image proxy requires), always with alt text and explicit dimensions. Tracked links can run through your own branded domain (links.yourco.com) so recipients and filters see a first-party domain.
- How does signature analytics work?
- Clicks use a short redirect URL: our edge records the event server-side and 302-redirects to the destination — no cookies or scripts in the recipient's client. Optional open tracking (a standard 1×1 pixel) is available when you want open rates; it's off by default and bot-filtered when enabled. Scanner traffic like Safe Links is excluded from your numbers.
- What happens when my 14-day Pro preview ends?
- Nothing stops working — your account simply continues on the Free plan, forever: one user, one signature, basic templates, and the full builder. Nothing is deleted, there's no hard stop, and you can upgrade any time to bring back the Pro features.
- How do enterprise trials work?
- As a no-cost proof of concept run by the enterprise sales team: a fully provisioned Enterprise tenant, agreed success criteria, and a dedicated engineer for 30 days — no credit card, no auto-conversion. Contact the team from the Contact page to scope one.
